30ish riders. brutal sun. tons of traffic. an airshow as you came to the finish line. group photos with blue angels flying in the background.

local anthony takes the win after 1st rider in missed a checkpoint.

two weeks! whos coming?

gold sprints will probably be a no go but there will be a welcome to town registration party w/ Abe Vigoda and more at sluggos w/ bike events including street sprints. show starts at 10pm. sprints around 11pm.

poloverse get in friday night so we can take your polo bike to the beach for storing if you want to do the alleycat on another bike cause come saturday morning there will be no driving to the beach because of mad traffic. its an 8 mile ride from town to the beach. we will have help getting the bikes back over at night once the traffic has died down!

$3 registration starts friday night 9pm-1amish @ sluggos continues at 11am saturday bayfront park west (near 17th st & 3 mile bridge)
ALLEYCAT starts at NOON from BAYFRONT PARK
bring bag, lock, some cash and the possibility of getting wet.
prizes for 1-3rd. 1st female. middle of the pack! dfl!

Bike parties, pick up polo tournament (random teams every game best personal record at the end of the day wins also most goals scored and mvp and dfl), sanddrome races, footdown and more. 2pm @ 18 avendina near the school and firehall on the beach where the tennis courts & street hockey rink are.

The Battle Of Pensacola Two/ED ROMAN CLASSIC was a nice quite hot small shindig with riders from Pensacola, Philly and Panama City! Here are the results!

THE ED ROMAN CLASSIC ALLEYCAT has been changed from April 26th to MAY 10th!!

Vegi Cookout Potluck, Hang out, Alleycat, Trackstands, FootDown, Sluggos. you name it.

$2 entry fee for alleycat (spokecard for all and prize monies for top 3, middle of the pack & DFL)

Just be at the StrongHold (14 E Strong) Sunday MAY 10th @ 2pm! Bring some food for the Vegi Potluck and yer bicycle!

After some silly times and everyone finishing up at hopjacks we rode up to sluggos for beverages, food and some Foot Down in the old bank parking lot and then set up the N.O. Sprints team set up the roller sprints for some testing on the main stage.

After 3 rounds of Foot Down the winners of each round faced off against each other and for fun everyone cheered for the Tall Bike to be thrown into the championship mix! Elwright (aka )on the tall bike came out the champion with Ryan Huff (aka muscles) & Anthony (aka shart wheel) falling at the same time to tie for 2nd.

The N.O. Sprints event was amazing on Saturday. photos and overall results up soon...

Willie from New Orleans came in first after 5 rounds with Stephen Hyde of Pensacola coming in second, Anthony of Pensacola in 3rd and Ryan Huff in 4th.
Jenny K of Orlando was the fastest of the ladies.

and Sunday after a nice Vegan Brunch at End of the Line Cafe everyone headed out to the beach to catch some jelly stings and some bike polo!

The polo tournament was a 5 team round robin with 2 top teams going to championship game.
